What I Bought: Marc B Lottie Bag

Yes, I finally got hold of the Marc B Lottie bag that I've spent the past three months boring you, my readers and my followers on Twitter about (see evidence here). I saw the bag a while back whilst on a shopping trip with my friend. I left it and said I'd buy it the next time I saw it but as life goes, I never did (classic case of 'buy whilst you see!'). Sarah suggested getting in touch with the Marc B team and it was the best thing I ever did. Thanks to Sophie, I managed to get hold of it last week. It turns out the Lottie is one of Marc B's best sellers, hence why I've struggled so much to get it. According to the Topshop team, it isn't going to be re-stocked online and it was online on the Marc B site for about 2 days before it was taken off - which I'm assuming is because it's now out of stock again. What made this bag even more special was that it's my 21st Birthday present off my housemates, so a big thank-you also goes out to them. Quite simply, I love it. I'm a big bag lover and this one hasn't left my side since I got it! Here's to many happy years ahead!

And to make it even better, the bag has a zip closing for all compartments. I don't mind bags without zips, but having one makes me feel a whole lot safer, plus when I'm in a rush, I don't have to worry about items slipping out!

This is the interior of the bag. I'm not massively keen on prints inside a bag, but at least it'll make it easier for me to find my things, unlike a black design. I like the Marc B etching inside, and there's another zipped pocket, which would be ideal for your most valuable possessions. 

The back of the bag also has a pocket too, which saves you having to open the main compartment to access certain items. 

And finally, another great design feature of the bag is these little studs? (not sure what they're officially known as - someone correct me if you do!) which save the bottom of the bag scraping and looking tired.
