Glossybox // August

It's August already and this Summer month sees Glossybox promoting international superstars, which is perfect considering the recent Olympics in London. And not only is there a range of countries to test their products, there's something for everyone in this month's box.

1. Alessandro Pro White (Germany) - This product is meant to brighten up tinted nails after too many layers of nail polish or generally dull tips. I'm not a massive nail polish wearer, but this is a product I'm excited to try and see if it lives up to it's promises as the whiter the nail, the better!

2. DHC Deep Cleansing Oil (Japan) - I've never used an oil for my face before and this one claims to remove make-up with ease. This would be a great product for on-the-go and I'm looking forward to see if it wins me over from my traditional make-up wipe method!

3. All For Eve For The Eve Appeal - Eve's Balm (UK) - This all-purpose balm is meant to nourish dry chapped skin. I'm not prone to chapped skin, but this would make a good handbag essential.

4. Vera Valenti - L'Ombre a Paupiere Magarita (Spain) - This is probably my least favourite product in the box. It's nothing personal to the brand, I just don't wear eyeshadow as I find it messy to apply, yet another thing to touch up on a night out, and I dread looking like I've stepped out of the 90's. I'm also not keen on the white packaging as it reminds me of my mum's make-up palettes I used to play with as a kid. I might swatch the shades to see if they win me over, but I doubt I'll be rushing out to re-purchase it.

5. Lipcote (UK) - I'm probably one of the few people who not only hasn't tried this product, but has never heard of it - which according to reviews means I'm missing out! As a frequent lipstick wearer, this is the product I'm most looking forward to testing as a girl never likes her lips looking less than colourful!

6. Glossybox Lipstick in Glossy Pink (UK) - Like I say, I'm a massive lipstick wearer (I'd have every shade if I could...) so this is a welcome addition to my collection. It's not a shade I'd normally buy but I'm definitely going to try it!
