TV/Film Fashion Icons: Gone With The Wind - Scarlett O'Hara [Part 2]

Blue in Black

Scarlett rarely wears the popular shade at all in the film, even protesting about putting on the colour for mourning her husband who died in the war. Nonetheless, she still rocks the classic colour and teams with yet another fabulous bonnet.

Black and White

These two outfits mark the beginning of Rhett and Scarlett's marriage and her becoming reacquainted with fortune. This is reflected in lavish designs, bold bonnets and velvet detailing and matching gloves.

Going for Gold

Scarlett teams this expensive looking shade with tassels, fringing, frills and fur letting her look regal and in charge.

Neutral Hues

War is in full swing when Scarlett wears this neutral mix of colours. A beige and grey shirt dress shows a stripped down Scarlett of her lavish jewellery and expensive dresses.

White Wedding

Scarlett's spontaneous wedding to make Ashley jealous fails to do so, but she still shows that she can rock the all white attire.

Scarlett's expensive tastes are reflected in her choice of nightwear, especially in this silk and frills nightgown.
