Glossybox // September

They always say not to judge a book by its cover, yet it's usually the first thing we do. And thanks to this month's gorgeous Glossybox, designed by illustrator Maggie Li, I love my new September box design. Whilst I am a fan of the Glossybox pale pink colour, a fresh injection of colour and print coincide perfectly with this season's print prominence on the catwalk.

Lady Gaga: Fame Fragrance, Rodial: Glamoxy Snake Serum and 5 Minute Facial, Balance Me: Wonder Eye Cream, Body Shop: Vitamin E Moisture Cream, Biosilk: Silk Therapy
Before my September had arrived, I had seen a few spoilers and seen what others had received in their boxes, which got me very excited for mine. Sadly, as the subscription is pot luck what you get inside your box, I didn't get certain products (the hair oils) that I would have loved to have tried but that's the way it goes!

What I got in mine:

Lady Gaga: Fame Fragrance
I am a Lady Gaga fan and am intrigued about her first perfume so I'm looking forward to seeing whether I like it enough to purchase the full size. I know some people don't like receiving perfume samples due to their size, however it's a perfect handbag size and lightweight to carry when you don't want to lug a big bottle around.

Rodial: Glamoxy Snake Serum and 5 Minute Facial
I've heard of Rodial through the beauty industry however it's yet another brand I've never tried. These products sound and look like they'll be great to use, however I am slightly disappointed with the size of this product after the sample size of the Lady Gaga perfume. Also because I got given a dozen L'Oreal sample sachets the same size for free on the street, so I would have preferred a bigger sized product.

Balance Me: Wonder Eye Cream
I recognised this product as soon as I saw it as GLAMOUR magazine recently gave this away in one of their issues. I've yet to try even their sample, so I'm unsure whether it'll be the first product I'll try. The Sunday Girl has spoke highly about this product however, and as I regularly read and respect her blog, I may give it a go sooner rather than later!

Body Shop: Vitamin E Moisture Cream
I've been to various Body Shop at home parties and regularly shop at their stores so was happy to see one of their products in this month's box as I know they're good. They particularly recommend their Vitamin E collection and I think it's their most popular. I was so excited to try this product that I already have, so expect a full review in the coming weeks!

Biosilk: Silk Therapy
I'm not familiar with this product, however I like any products that don't weigh my hair down and give it a silky, soft finish so it sounds like a product for me.

Glossybox is a monthly subscription service retailing at £10 a month (plus p+p) where you receive 5 beauty products to your door.

What do you think of the September Glossybox? Do you have a favourite product?
