Glossybox // October

Anatomicals: Don't Just Clean It Woman, Scrub It Body Scrub, Yves Rocher France: Instant Anti-Wrinkle Moisturiser (Hyrdra Vegetal), Skinetica: Anti-Blemish, Dr. Jart: Premium Beauty Balm, Sally Hansen: Complete Salon Manicure
October isn't particularly my favourite month. Why? Well, 'Summer' is a distant memory, Christmas is still two months away and the clocks go back equalling dark days and nights. BUT, that also means cosy nights in and this month's Glossybox aims to cater for just that: "The weather may be dull, but we hope this box brightens up your day!" Plus, as it's Breast Cancer Awareness month, Glossybox will be donating to the charity for every box sold, as well as holding bake sales to raise more money!

What I got in mine:

Anatomicals: Don't Just Clean It Woman, Scrub It Body Scrub
I've heard of Anatomicals off ASOS and have always had a soft spot for their design and marketing - just like Aussie, so am happy to receive a product of theirs in this month's box. This will definitely be put to use straight away and will hopefully cheer up my early morning showers! It's also a decent size for a sample so I'll be able to really put it to the test!

Yves Rocher France: Instant Anti-Wrinkle Moisturiser (Hyrdra Vegetal)
I've never tried a Yves Rocher France product before and although I hope I don't have to worry too much about wrinkles yet, I'm always interested in preventing them. It's also again a good sample size product to try compared to some I've received.

Skinetica: Anti-Blemish
I do unfortunately still suffer from the occasional break out so I'm hoping this will sort out those pesky few spots that appear!

Dr. Jart: Premium Beauty Balm
I'm really excited to try this product as I've never been won over by a BB cream but really want to so hopefully this will be the one. Although Glossybox do describe this as a product most suited to those over 30, because of the anti-ageing ingredients, I'm still going to try it.

Sally Hansen: Complete Salon Manicure
Yet another fantastic sized product for this month, I received the shade 'Pedal to the Metal' which is a metallic grey colour. Although I'm not massive on nail polish, I will use this as it will be perfect for my Winter palette and looks like a really nice shade.

Although I'm yet to try any of these products and the above is just on first impressions, I can see this being one of my favourite Glossybox boxes. Not only is there some great sample size products (more of this please!) but there seems to be an excellent balance of make-up and skincare with brands I'm really looking forward to testing - good work Glossybox!

Glossybox is a monthly subscription service retailing at £10 a month (plus p+p) where you receive 5 beauty products to your door.

What do you think of the October Glossybox? Has it got you excited for cosy night pamperings?
