Hat: New Look, Playsuit: boohoo, Boots: boohoo
Autumn is so bizarre in England. Just last week I was wrapped up in layers of knitwear and my Winter coat, yet this weekend the bare legs were back out! But I guess we shouldn't complain as in a couple of months we won't be hitting temperatures above 15 degrees.

I made the most of the good weather by wearing my new floral playsuit. I like how it's not 'typical floral' in that it's not dainty or too feminine and 'pretty' - instead the print is bolder and to me, reminds me of the 60s. And I love monochrome so it really suits my style. It's an outfit that I can definitely see myself wearing on a night out too so it's got double potential.

I wore this outfit to Blackpool on Saturday. We took a day trip there which brought back a lot of childhood memories of holidays spent there. I know a lot of people write off Blackpool as 'tacky' - and yes, parts of it are - but you've just got to embrace it. It's a great tourist location and there's lots of things to do.
We spent the day at the Pleasure Beach - not planned - which meant my playsuit, heeled boots and fluffy jumper combo wasn't entirely 'theme park appropiate' but ah well - life can't always be planned!

I love theme parks and luckily it was a great day weather wise and we got around all of the rides. We ended up getting a wristband as for some reason Blackpool Pleasure Beach think it's appropriate to charge £10 a ride and £9 for the car park - which considering Alton Towers charges £6/7 - it's a bit crazy!

After the fun of the fair - we had fish and chips (what else at the seaside?!), we played on the penny fall machines, went to the pier and rounded off the night by driving through the famous illuminations.
