Jumper Dress

Dress: H&M
Winter knits are the one of the few bonuses to the colder months. When it's cold outside I just want to be wrapped up in chunky knits, gloves and faux fur coats. Autumn is definitely here but for now the knits don't need to be too chunky. This H&M jumper dress is that transitional knit in that it keeps you toasty but it's still light enough for the weather we're having. The length is great in that can be worn over jeans, leggings or trousers, tucked into a skirt or shorts or worn as I did as a jumper dress. And for £9.99 it really is a steal. For once in my life I've actually got my wardrobe autumn/winter ready in packing all of summer clothes in the loft. It does make me weep slightly and I don't think I'll ever come to terms with how dark it's getting already - well until spring next year but that already feels like too far away. I can never make my mind up which fashion season I prefer, but I do like that when it comes to A/W - you know how to dress - wrap up warm. Whereas during summer in England - one day you'll be able to rock bare legs and the next you'll need a coat - oh the inconsistency!
