This outfit ended up looking like a cowgirl fancy dress. This was not the intention. I'll try and say I was inspired by Jessica Lowndes' shoot in Company's July 2013 issue, which was far more stylish - and whilst I'm on the topic, can I have her hair?!
I picked up this polka dot piece in Primark (alliteration much?) last week. I love shirts and it's a cute twist to the denim shirt. I only went and wore double denim too, which I'm sure some people will be cursing me for, as I know it's a trend that some hate. Again, this wasn't intentional - it was more a case of 'It's cold outside and I rip every pair of tights I wear within three seconds straight.' Who said fashion wasn't practical?!
I don't think I 'rock' these jeans to their full capability here though - they look a little baggy as I was off sick last week and my appetite did vanish for a few days - so my skinny jeans suffered. As for the name of this post, it's not a count(up) to anything spectacular, it's just a reference to a Steps song which references western/cowgirls. And yes, I know the dance...
